Voices From The Industry
The NKBA’s Voices From The Industry (VFTI) delivered huge value to attendees with more than 90 sessions in 11 conference blocks. Many of the sessions offered CEUs from the NKBA as well as NAHB, NARI and AIA. Sponsored by Bath Fitter.

The Virginia Tech Center for Design Research unveiled the innovative future of kitchen design and construction.
Innovative Showroom Awards
For the first time ever, KBIS honored the country’s top kitchen and bath showrooms. Awards were presented on the KBISNeXT™ Stage and created in partnership with the Hearst Design Group (Elle Décor, House Beautiful and Veranda).
The KBISNeXT™ Stage, located in South Hall, featured unique programming each day of the show. Free to attendees, the sessions explored what’s next in kitchen and bath.
30 under 30
The NKBA chose 30 exceptional young professionals to explore the show floor and report on key industry trends at KBIS 2015
DCW Concept Kitchen
A state-of-the-art Concept Kitchen featuring innovations in appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring and plumbing debuted as part of Design & Construction Week™ during KBIS 2015. Bethesda, Md., design-build specialist, Jonas Carnemark, CKD, created the 340-square-foot space in the Central Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Outstanding Media Awards
The third annual KBIS Outstanding Media Award was presented to DJ Carey, Editorial Director of Cottages & Gardens Publications, a collection of luxury design magazines in Connecticut, New York, the Hamptons and San Francisco.
