KBIS Announces 2017 Hard Hat Media Tour Call for Applications
Exhibitors Can Now Apply to Participate in Exclusive Event, January 10
(Alpharetta, Ga.) – August 4, 2016 – The 2017 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the destination for kitchen and bath design professionals, announced today that exhibitor applications for the 2017 Hard Hat Media Tour are now being accepted. The Hard Hat Media Tour is an exclusive event that gives members of the media a “first look” at the newest and most innovative products debuting at KBIS January 10-12 in Orlando. The 2017 media tour will be held on day one of KBIS, Tuesday, January 10, prior to the show’s opening.
“The Hard Hat Media Tour continues to be one of the most anticipated KBIS programs. We’re exposing our valued media contacts to the newest kitchen and bath products of the year, and it’s happening first at KBIS,” said Brian Pagel, VP Kitchen and Bath Group, Emerald Expositions. “We’re proud to be the show that creates those connections between the kitchen and bath industry’s top tier brands and key media.”
Electrolux® will once again host the tour’s VIP media guests for breakfast in its booth, followed by a tour of eight other KBIS exhibitors, including the official tour sponsor, Wilsonart®, and gift bag sponsor, BSH Home Appliances Corporation.
To participate in the tour, exhibitors can apply by completing the media tour online application. Applications will be accepted through October 14, 2016.
Members of the media who wish to participate in the tour can contact Beth Meiklejohn at email@example.com or 717.693.3442.

The mega-event will return Jan. 10-12, 2017, in Orlando. Kitchen and bath brands that have participated in both shows can continue to choose to exhibit in the KBIS or IBS hall. One pass will provide access to both exhibits. NKBA and NAHB will continue to produce separate educational programming and special events. For more information on KBIS, visit www.kbis.com.
