Nathan Boone – Chair
Chief Operating Officer, Green Forest Cabinetry | Indigo Strategic Holdings
Nathan Boone is the Chief Operating Officer of the leading edge and fast-growing cabinet company, Green Forest Cabinetry (Indigo-Strategic Holdings.) With an undergraduate Finance degree from James Madison University, and a master’s degree in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University, Boone leads a young, energetic, and innovative crew of nearly 150 people.
He and his Chesapeake Virginia based team are a highly disruptive group looking to provide high quality affordable cabinetry through thoughtful innovation and practices adaptable to fast paced consumer trends and channels. Boone strives to keep things simple, on trend and at price points affordable to everyone.
Vanessa DeKoekkoek
Product Manager, Design, Cyncly
Vanessa DeKoekkoek is a Product Manager at Cyncly, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she helps shape the future of design software for kitchen and bath professionals around the world. Her journey began over 20 years ago as a kitchen and bath designer and quickly evolved into teaching design at the collegiate level, combining creativity with a passion for education.
Since joining Cyncly (formerly 2020) in 2006, Vanessa has been a champion for designers, leading hands-on training, developing continuing education programs, and driving innovation in design technology. She’s presented at industry events like Dwell on Design and KBIS Voices from the Industry and has collaborated with NKBA and NARI chapters across North America.
Outside of work, Vanessa is passionate about cancer research and community impact. She’s the proud captain of Team Coconutter Strutters, a group that walks in long distance events to build awareness and raise money for a better future. To date, the team has raised over $500,000 in support of the cause.
Jessica Egerton
Senior Director, Marketing Strategy, Delta Faucet Company
As Senior Director of Marketing Strategy at Delta Faucet Company, Jessica Egerton leads the development and execution of long-range marketing vision and brand strategy for the flagship Delta and Peerless brands. She is responsible for shaping product strategy, innovation priorities, pricing, channel activation, and promotional approaches that drive measurable business outcomes and elevate brand preference across consumer and professional audiences.
Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in brand building and omnichannel marketing across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B environments, with deep expertise in consumer durables, home goods, and automotive. She is a strategic marketer who views branding as a lever to unlock corporate value and fuel sustainable growth. Her leadership has helped reinvigorate iconic brands and launch memorable campaigns, including the relaunch of the Maytag Repairman at Whirlpool, the revitalization of the Delta Faucet brand, and the creation of the Uncle Cooper spokes-character at Cooper Tire, where she also served as executive sponsor of the Cooper Women’s Network. She held senior marketing roles at Tempur Sealy and Kumho Tire, including Vice President of Brand Activation and Vice President of Marketing, respectively.
Jessica earned dual undergraduate degrees—a B.S. in Communications and a B.A. in Psychology—from Boston University, and later completed her MBA in Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. A Kentucky native with roots in Elizabethtown, she spent formative years in Italy, where she became fluent in Italian and French. Her global perspective is shaped by professional experiences in Paris and New York City, including agency work that honed her creative and strategic acumen.
Currently based in the Lexington, KY area, Jessica is known for her ability to translate complex market insights into actionable strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead with clarity and purpose in matrixed organizations.

Jason is a passionate, customer-centric marketing and communications leader. Known for inspiring ideas, leading high-performing teams, and delivering results, he built a career around strategic innovation and operational excellence.
His expertise spans campaign marketing, channel strategy, hospitality management, and global communications. With a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, Jason excels at crafting brand-elevating experiences that resonate with diverse audiences to drive meaningful engagement.
Jonathan Krieger

Jonathan Krieger, is the Executive Vice President at Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry with over 25 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry focusing on the cabinetry category. He has a proven track record of increasing sales in dealer, home center, and builder channels. As an executive, he has demonstrated the ability to build leading sales and marketing organizations.
He has a great passion to lead and drive success for the companies that he has partnered with. He enjoys his time with is family during his free time. Some of his hobbies are skiing, playing golf and traveling.

Megan Rushing

At True Caliber, he provides thought leadership to the NKBA community through continuing education courses on topics such as designing for entertaining, using color in the kitchen, creating home bars, and bringing outdoor kitchens to life. His professional insights are driven by a personal love for the same experiences — cooking, hosting, and creating spaces that bring people together.
Isabella Zambrano
Events Manager, Cosentino North America
Isabella Zambrano is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in creating immersive brand experiences and managing large-scale events across LATAM, North America, and the UK. She excels in client-centric marketing, event management, and enhancing customer experiences through strategic initiatives.
Currently, Isabella serves as the Events Manager at Cosentino North America, where she leads the development of the annual North America events strategy, driving brand visibility and engagement. She ensures seamless execution of captivating event concepts from initial ideation to flawless implementation.
Prior to her current role, Isabella successfully led high-impact events and visual merchandising projects for renowned brands such as CHANEL, De Beers, and Montblanc. Her career spans various marketing areas, including events, visual merchandising, PR, and communications. She has a proven track record of building strong relationships, guiding and training retail teams, and leading corporate teams with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Isabella holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management from Regent’s University, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings a global perspective and a dedication to excellence in every role she undertakes.
